(B-BBEE) Consulting
- BEE Baseline assessments against the Amended Relevant Sector Codes.
- Strategic sessions to develop a twelve - month B-BBEE Plan.
- Provide Monthly and Quarterly Objectives covering: Report on B-BBEE interventions aligned to target goals.
- Provide timeously updates of all B- BBEE legislation changes.
- Providing trainings and a clear understanding and practical guidelines for implementation of the 5 elements of B-BBEE.
- Align all Transformation legislation into the B-BBEE strategy including the Employment Equity and Skills Development Acts.
- Align skills interventions to BBBEE and SETA priority training programs (ensuring both the company and staff benefit).
- Assist on gathering BEE certificate from suppliers.
- Offer support on BEE audit preparation and liaising with the BBBEE Verification agency.
- Assist with Enterprise and Supplier Development Programmes and Youth Employment Services (YES).
Employement Equity
- Provide guidance with the election of the EE Committee.
- Setting the mandate and functions of the committee, training of and facilitation of the quarterly committee meetings.
- Facilitate EE committee meetings and compiling the minutes.
- Develop and or update all necessary policies associated with the Employment Equity Act.
- Provide an analysis of the company’s employment policies, procedures, and the working environment resulting in the compilation of the Employment Equity Analysis (EEA 12) and the resulting Employment Equity Plan (EEA 13) for the clients.
- Assist with the compilation and submission of the required EEA2 +4 forms to the DoL by the 15th of January every year for online submissions.
Skills Development
- Assist with the Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) functions for Clients.
- Assist with the submission of the Workplace Skills Plans (WSP), Annual Training Report (ATR) and Pivotal Report to CETA/SETA prior to the due date on 30 April every year.
- Oversee the functioning of the Skills Committee.
- Communicate CETA/SETA initiatives, grants & benefits to clients.
- Assist on application for SETA grants and implementation of training plan to ensure a smooth training process of the learners.
- Advise and assist with the implementation of all training and skills development interventions committed to within the WSP by utilising accredited training providers.
- Ensure the continuous alignment of Skills Interventions with Employment Equity and BBBEE, so as to ensure the company maximises points on the B-BBEE scorecard.
